The TR to PR Pathway offers a limited-time opportunity for qualifying temporary residents and their families to gain permanent residence. If you have work experience in an essential occupation, the healthcare or health services sector in Canada, or have recently graduated from a Canadian post-secondary institution, you may be eligible to apply for permanent residency. To qualify, applicants must be currently residing and working in Canada with valid authorization, demonstrate proficiency in one of Canada’s official languages, and meet general admissibility criteria. This policy includes six distinct streams, each with its own set of requirements:

•     Workers in Canada: Stream B (Essential Non-Healthcare)

•     International Graduates

•     French-speaking Workers in Canada: Stream A (Healthcare)

•     French-speaking Workers in Canada: Stream B (Essential Non-Healthcare)

•     French-speaking International Graduates
